Kuglar is Double Dubs Champ!

Thank you all for coming out yesterday for our Black Friday Double Dubs and Glow leagues. It was awesome having so many people at the shop and courses all day!

Nineteen hardy players committed to playing both leagues (IDGC morning session and the Hippo afternoon session) and competed for the Black Friday Double Dubs title. In the end, Clint Kuglar took home the title shooting a -24, Corey Frink took second with a -20, and Mark Braun took third with -19.

At the IDGC, 26 golfers played in the morning and 34 played here at the Hippo in the afternoon. Who needs to shop on Black Friday anyway?

Many of the dubs golfers stayed for glow golf and we ended up with 34 golfers chucking plastic in the 36-degree dark. Mike Doyle returned from Jacksonville to shoot a 46 and get an ace on Bull Pen!

Killer B in conjunction with the IDGC invites you to a day of disc golf on two different courses. Work off that turkey with two rounds of random draw doubles for a chance to be named Double Dubs Champ!

Play one league or both!

• IDGC @ 9:45AM, $5
• Hippodrome @ 3:00 PM, $5

Payout at each league plus prizes for the top combined individual scores at both leagues!

Here's how it works:

1. Play doubles in both events. 
2. Add your individual scores together to get your Double Dubs score. 
3. Lowest overall score will be crowned the Black Friday Double Dubs Champ! Prizes for top finishers.

Busy day of golf set for this Saturday

We've got a few things going on at the Hippodrome this Saturday, Nov. 15, so come out and chuck some plastic!

In the morning, we are running our weekly singles league at 9:30. Play for cash or Buzz Bucks!

Then at 1, we are hosting the Augusta Disc Golf Association as they hold their member appreciation tournament.

Another Killer B Stinger is in the books!

Thank you everyone who came out yesterday to play in the 2014 Killer B Stinger presented by Vibram. We had 74 golfers compete in eight divisions on an absolutely gorgeous sunny autumn day!
