"Massive tree full of those thorns. First shot off the tee straight into the tree. Disc fell straight out of tree to the ground. Picked it up and there it was."

We had a decent showing for our first Hippo Singles league of the year. Here's Elliot flashing his huge winnings, but it was Chris Lilly who was the big winner taking home first place with a 49 and outlasting CJ in the Skills Putting Challenge!

Aspen's Angel Fund Grip Bag winner

The snow is finally starting to melt in MA, so our Aspen's Angel Fund fundraiser raffle winner, Bobby Direnzo, is getting this new Grip bag and discs ready for action. We have no idea what he is pointing at though!

Customer CJ reviews the new MVP Shock

Local MVP junkie, CJ Nappier, stopped by the store last week and picked up the new MVP fairway driver, the Shock. Here's his review. Thanks CJ!

The new Shock is an excellent complement to the other two MVP drivers. It is stable even when fighting a headwind. Throw it flat and it is very straight with a big fade on the end. It is more than capable of big hyzer and subtle anhyzer lines. 

I noticed when you really crank it there is a slight amount of turn that I imagine will increase the more the disc gets beat in. It also works well for controlled forehand shots. I wouldn't, however, throw full-force forehand as it is likely to turn too much.

Overall, I am very impressed with the Shock's performance on a pretty windy day. It is definitely staying in the bag.
